We dyed Easter eggs with Ella for the first time ever today, and to put it mildly, she was very excited about it. We made her wait until Claire went down for her afternoon nap to get started, and that made for a long morning of hearing "Is it time to do the eggs now?" every 5.4 seconds (approximately).
The dying process was over relatively quickly, but Ella spent a great deal of time after the eggs were dry meticulously putting stickers on each one. ("Does this one have a butterfly sticker yet? No. Does this one have a 'Knuffle Bunny' sticker yet?...") Not one sticker went to waste.
I have to say, I think four is going to be a fun age. Really fun.
